What to do with all these boxes

After you have been subscribed to birchbox for a few months, the empty boxes start to add up. But why throw them away when you can recycle them. Birchbox can be used for many different things. Here are somethings I use my Birchbox box for.

Birchbox is a New York based company developed by Katia Beauchamp and Hayley Barna, both Harvard grads. The company was started in 2010 and took off in 2014 with over a million subscribers and 800 brand partners. You take a beauty profile quiz and are paired up with products they think you will like. For $10 a month you get 4-5 beauty products straight to your door.

  • Organization- head to your local craft or dollar store and pick up tissue paper or wrapping paper, cover the box bottom and top with the paper. Add a label and have fun getting organized whether it's your makeup vanity or your office.

  • Keepsake box- Decorate your birch box with paper, and the year. Fill it will things that will help remind you of all the amazing things you have done that year.

  • Will you be my Bridesmaid?- Have an upcoming wedding -. Save your birchbox boxes, cover them in paper, add the bridesmaids name to the front and maybe even a fancy pin. Fill with things your bridesmaids may need for your big day.

  • Wrapping a gift- need a box for a small gift? They work great for wrapping gifts.
